Reading your booking analytics
Pick a date range and read revenue, repeat bookings, cancellations and staff utilization.
Analytics answers the questions a booking list can't: which services actually earn, whether clients come back, when appointments fall through, and how full your team's week really is.

Choosing a date range
Open Analytics from the sidebar. The range you pick applies to every number on the page:
- 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / 12 months — quick presets. 30 days is the default.
- Custom dates — set a start and an end date. The range includes both days and covers up to a year.
Your choice is kept in the address bar, so a bookmarked or shared link opens on the same range. Dates are read in your business timezone.
The five headline numbers
| Metric | What it measures | | --- | --- | | Booking revenue | The price recorded on each confirmed or completed booking dated inside the range. | | Bookings | Every booking dated inside the range, split into completed and upcoming. | | Repeat customers | Clients with two or more bookings in the range, as a share of everyone who booked. | | Cancellation rate | Cancelled bookings divided by all bookings in the range. | | Staff utilization | Booked hours divided by the hours your team was available. |
Revenue
The revenue trend pairs bars (revenue) with a line (bookings), so you can tell whether a strong month came from more appointments or bigger ones. Chart points are days for shorter ranges, weeks for a quarter, and months for a year.

Below the chart, revenue is split by service and by staff — the fastest way to spot an underpriced service or the team member carrying the week.
Repeat bookings
The repeat panel shows what share of clients came back, how many bookings the average client makes, and your most frequent clients with their visit count and spend. A falling repeat rate with steady revenue usually means you're relying on new clients to fill the same chairs.
Cancellations
Cancellations appear three ways:
- Rate over time — a line of cancelled bookings as a percentage, so a bad stretch is easy to spot. The line also shows how much notice you get on average, which tells you whether a stricter policy would help.
- By weekday — which days lose the most appointments, useful when adjusting hours.
- By service — the services cancelled most, often the long or expensive ones.
Staff utilization
Utilization compares booked time with the hours each person was available — their weekly working hours minus time off and calendar blocks. Use it to rebalance the rota, or to see whether adding staff would add real capacity. Someone showing a high rate with few bookings is worth a look at their working hours.

The dashboard summary
Business accounts also get a compact version of the same numbers on the dashboard, with the same range selector. Full report opens the complete Analytics page for the range you are looking at.
Good to know
- Analytics counts bookings dated inside the range — not bookings created in it.
- Times use your business timezone, so a late-evening booking stays on the day it happened.
- Utilization is 0% for anyone with no working hours set, so configure weekly hours first.
