Your customer list

Every client who has booked, with their history, spending and private notes.

What it is

Customers keeps one record per client, built automatically as people book through your public page. No importing, no duplicate entries.

The customer list

The list

Each row shows the client's name, email, how many bookings they've made and their lifetime spend. Use the search box to find someone by name, email or phone.

A customer's profile

Click any customer for:

  • Lifetime spend across attended appointments, plus average per visit.
  • Upcoming appointments with the amount still to come.
  • Full history — every booking, newest first, with its status.
  • First and last visit dates.
  • Notes — anything you want to remember about them.

Notes that stay put

Customer notes belong to the customer and follow them across bookings. Notes you write on a booking stay with that appointment only and never get copied onto the customer record — so a one-off comment about a single visit doesn't turn into a permanent note about the person.

Keeping records tidy

Customer records are created from bookings, so the way to add someone is to book them. Their booking history stays attached to their record.
