Creating and managing services

What a service is

Services are the building blocks of your booking page. Each one sets what a client can book, how long it takes, and who delivers it.

Create a service

1. Go to Services.
2. Click Add service.
3. Enter a name and an optional description — both appear on your public page.
4. Set the duration in minutes. This is how long the slot blocks your calendar.
5. Optionally set a price.
6. Tick the staff who can deliver it.
7. Leave Active ticked and click Save.

Why staff assignment matters

A service needs at least one active staff member. Without one it still appears on your page but reads "No appointments available right now", because there is nobody to deliver it.

Hiding a service without deleting it

Untick Active in the service form. The service shows a Hidden badge in your list and disappears from your booking page. Existing bookings for it are untouched.
