Setting up working hours

Define the weekly hours that clients can actually book into.

What weekly hours do

Working hours are the only times a client can book. Everything else — buffers, lead time, existing bookings, time off — is subtracted from them.

Days off and breaks

  • Leave a day unticked to make it unbookable.
  • Each day takes one time range. To build in a lunch break, either shorten the day or block the middle of it with time off, which Business plans can do.
  • End time must be later than start time, or the row shows an error.

Timezones

Hours are read in your business timezone, set in Company settings. Clients always see slots in their own local time, so a 9:00 appointment is 9:00 for you and correctly converted for them.

How hours interact with booking rules

Slots are generated inside your hours using the slot step and min lead time, then filtered by buffers, booking window and anything already booked. See Booking rules and policies.
