What you need before your page goes live
Five things make a bookable business: a business profile, at least one service, a staff member assigned to that service, weekly hours, and your booking link shared with clients.

3. Assign a person to it
A service with no staff assigned never becomes bookable. Open Staff, pick a team member, and tick the services they deliver — or tick staff directly in the service form.
4. Set weekly hours
Open My Schedule for your own availability, or choose a person under Staff. A day with no hours is a day clients cannot book.
5. Share your link and connect your calendar
- Copy your link from Company settings → Public booking page.
- Connect Google Calendar from My Settings → Google Calendar, so events already on your calendar block new bookings.
- Turn on client emails from Client Reminders so people get a confirmation.
Your dashboard keeps a setup checklist until each of these is done.
